The Turris Omnia is a high-tech open-source router that is designed to keep all your sensitive data safe and away from prying eyes and fingers.

The router makes use of the OpenWRT project system, which is capable of performing automatic updates whenever any kind of vulnerability or inefficiency is discovered by developers. Users are also given the option of plugging an external hard drive into the Turris Omnia and use it as a back-up server of sorts. You can also stick a SIM card in there in order to be able to exploit LTE data if your regular connection gives out on you.

It's pretty difficult to get enthused by a router, but the Turris Omnia will certainly be of interest to people
