One Cask at a Time Launched Six Single-Cask Whiskies

One Cask at a Time has debuted a collection of six single-cask whiskeys that are each packaged in bottles that put more control in the hands of the consumer.

The spirit collection consists of three series including Chronograph, Pendulum and Grandfather, which have two, one and one expressions, respectively. The distiller is also introducing two additional spirits including the Aultmore 1990 and the Highland Park 1996 with a 43.8% and 43.4% ABV, respectively. The spirits are packaged in bottles with NFC technology that can be scanned by the consumer to learn more about the expression.

Head of Brand Development Russel Bradley commented on the latest announcements from One Cask at a Time saying, "We’re here to add something new to the world of whisky for the next generation. The contactless icon on the bottle neck allows owners to instantly verify the authenticity of their purchase, it also takes them to the app where they can learn about every aspect of the bottle and the liquid it contains. But while we very much look to the future it’s important to know that without the hands of time, good whisky can never become exceptional.”
