Norwegian photographer Ole Marius Jøergensen created this collection of voyeurism-inspired photographs. The image series titled 'Peeping Tom' showcases the secret obsession that neighbors have with each other's lives.
Each image presents a different perspective of the act of voyeurism. Some images show a neighbor gazing out their window, while another image shows what that person is looking at. One particular photograph shows both sides of this scenario -- it is split in the middle by a wall and reveals one woman peeping through a hole to watch an elderly man go about his business.
The series by Ole Marius Jøergensen sheds light on society's fascination with the way others live. However, the importance of this series is that no one wants to admit what they are up to. The act of spying on one's neighbors is frowned upon, but that does not mean it doesn't exist.
