The Note Design Studio Rise Collection has officially put the side table on notice. The Swedish furniture design company has created a sofa that is also an end table. Technically, the sofa sits on top of what would be considered the table, leaving a small sliver of wood free to function as an end table. The sofa itself is a simple design consisting of a few pieces that look lightweight and easily movable.
In addition to the sofa with a built-in end table, the Note Design Studio Rise Collection also features a sofa sitting on wood, with a matching ottoman. The ottoman looks like it can also function as a coffee table, should you remove the cushion. The Rise Collection is being shown at the upcoming Stockholm Design Week 2014.
