North Focals Will Now Have More Integration with Android Devices

North Focals have been updated to incorporate more support for Android notifications. The new features to the North Focals will enable users the ability to access shortcuts created by Android developers. Users can access the Android notification shortcuts using the Focals app, from there, they can select the "Experiments" section to turn on the feature. Currently, notifications are available to users who have paired their Focals with an Android device.

Adding more integration with the user's phone would allow for a more streamlined experience when using wearable technology. The smart glasses were created to offer new ways to interact with an environment, and allowing users less reliance on their physical device would enhance this.

The company also reduced the price of its smart glasses by $400, bringing the price down to $599.
