Zippy Brands NHL has secured a licensing arrangement with the NHL Alumni Association to manufacture and sell a product line called ZippyBack — "wearable collectibles featuring retired NHL players." These interchangeable inserts are intended for attachment to the rear adjustable strap of typical baseball caps.

The new NHL Alumni Association-approved ZippyBack line will be imprinted with the names and jersey numbers of retired professional hockey players, with an initial series focused on six historically significant athletes.
