The Nexar Live Map will present users with up to date information about their surrounding area. The system works by using other Nexar products to connect with each other and share information. The app also implements computer vision to key in on surrounding information like signs and traffic lights. All of the information is updated as the next Nexar car passes the area.
When using the Nexar Live Map, users are able to get information form hexogen sections in a map, these are titled "nexagons." Other map apps will often show information and a rough location. However, Nexar will be able to show the near-exact location of occurrences of interest. Users are also able to choose a time of day and rewind to watch old instances of data.
