'Pop Chart Lab' Reveals the Best New York City Bars in a Map

There are thousands of New York City bars, so if you are only visiting, it can be overwhelming to decide where to go. Pop Chart Lab created an unconventional chart to pinpoint the best bars in the Big Apple and to help alcoholic drink-enthusiasts pick the right joint to enjoy happy hour.

The map, called 'The Distinguished Drinkeries of New York City,' contains multi-colored plotting of numerous metropolitan watering holes. It features over 200 martini, wine and tequila bars, alongside cocktail lounges, rooftop patios and whisky joints. To make your decision easier, the company color-coded the locations according to the type of alcohol they serve.

So, next time you're in the city and craving a crafty beer, maybe visit The Cannibal near Park Ave., or if you are more of a wine connoisseur, head over to D.O.C Wine Bar in Brooklyn.
