Tender Greens is celebrating seasonal produce this summer with the debut of three exciting LTOs, including the new Avocado BLT.
A fresh summer take on a classic sandwich, the new Avocado BLT is the star of Tender Greens' new summer menu. The sandwich spotlights ripe heirloom tomatoes, alongside spiced bacon, lettuce, avocado, and whipped ricotta-pesto aioli on Larder Bakery sourdough. The sandwich also pairs perfectly with Tender Greens' new dessert, Strawberry Shortcake. This dish features Larder Bakery shortbread topped with fresh strawberries, strawberry compote, vanilla whipped cream, and dried strawberry bits. Finally, the brand is also bringing back its popular Cowboy Cookie, which features a blend of chocolate, coconut, oats, and pecans. As Oliver Pust, Corporate Executive Chef at Tender Greens, explains,” This menu is all about celebrating peak-season produce and putting a fresh spin on familiar favorites.”
