Wellnesse's Natural Shampoo & Conditioner is Based on a DIY Recipe

Wellnesse, the personal care brand founded by Wellness Mama creator Katie Wells, is introducing its own all-natural shampoo and conditioner based on a popular DIY recipe crafted by Wells. While many consumers are cleaning up their skincare cabinets by avoiding products with harmful ingredients, many haircare products are still made with ammonium lauryl sulfate and SLS—but not these new ones.

Wellnesse's Cleansing Shampoo and Nourishing Conditioner is made with an EWG-safe formula that nourishes hair with natural ingredients like nettle, shea and argan.

Wells began experimenting with DIY recipes after finding her hair was difficult to manage using conventional products. As she describes, "I learned many products strip away the natural components that make hair strong and silky, leaving your hair dependent on them. I researched like crazy and started making my own shampoo using herbs, beneficial oils and soothing ingredients provided what my hair actually needed."
