French's and Oskar Blues Brewery Collaborated for National Mustard Day

Last year, French's took the world by surprise by collaborating with Coolhaus on a mustard ice cream and for National Mustard Day 2020, French's teamed up with Oskar Blues Brewery to deliver yet another unexpected creation. Although mustard is usually only associated with hot dogs, burgers and pretzels, French's is introducing a limited-release Mustard Beer that's meant to be "sipped, not squeezed."

The unusual beer takes the form of a semi-tart tropical wheat beer with notes of citrus fruits to pair well with the flavors of French's Classic Yellow Mustard. Thanks to the zest of key lime, lemon, tangerine and passion fruit, the beer is said to be a tart and refreshing match for the familiar and slight spice of the brand's mustard.
