Naked Wedding Photos Prompt Chinese Photographers to Request a Ban

Naked wedding photos have been popular in China for the past few years; but wedding photographers are now calling for a government ban on naked portraits of newlyweds. Many of the photographers object and say that the photographs are contrary to Chinese tradition.

Jasmine Huang of CCeMagazine writes that the idea of naked wedding photos, and naked weddings in general, are symbolic of young couples who are starting married life with a nine-yuan marriage certificate and no worldly possessions.
