It seems our love of combining food knows no bounds as a further exploration in putting together food that might have been better off separate allows me to introduce The Latkchos. Latkchos are nachos and latkes together at last.

Nachos and latkes are actually a less unusual combination than some combo food items I’ve seen, heard of or eaten before. I mean latkes are normally served with sour cream and so are nachos so they have that in common. Nachos NY has their own recipe for combining nachos and latkes but I would prefer making my own concoction using real melted cheese, salsa and guacamole.
