The Apple iPad is an effective but extremely expensive toy to give to a toddler. Considering that the value of a child's entertainment still tempts parents to hand over their tablets to restless little ones, the MyKidPad has been developed to decrease the risk of your device's destruction.
Thomas Lehman worked with Mara Ribone to design a child-safe iPad cover that accommodates the second model, and likely the iPad 3. It has a base of soft foam in one of three colors: blue, grey or white. The slim touchscreen gadget can be placed inside the protective case and fastened down with a clip-on frame over top. A broad border that incorporates side handles ensures that if you drop the MyKidPad, no harm will come to the delicate edges of your tablet.
