Meta Launched the My Digital World Feature on Safer Internet Day

My Digital World was launched by Meta on Safer Internet Day to keep users, particularly young people, safe on the Internet. The portal is dedicated to educating users in the Middle Eastern and North African regions. Users can access the company's digital literacy resources in English, Arabic, and French.

In addition, the website also features learning modules created by Meta in partnerships with experts in the region. This feature is geared towards students aged 13-18 years old.

Alongside the safety feature launch, Meta unveiled a public safety campaign in Lebanon in partnership with nonprofit Himaya. The initiative promotes the protection of children and families from all types of abuse. Meta is heavily investing in tools "to safeguard people," according to the company's spokesperson.
