Coastal Sea Salt Gins

Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut 2025 is Distilled with Fleur de Sel Crystals

Every year, German gin brand Monkey 47 produces a limited-edition Distiller's Cut that pushes the boundaries of distilling with botanical ingredients, and Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut 2025 is distilled with Fleur de Sel crystals hand-harvested from a coastal region in southern France.

Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut 2025: Fleur de Sel incorporates delicate sea salt crystals from the Camargue as its 48th ingredient. Taste-wise, this dry gin is described by the gin brand as piquant, "with a touch of the sun’s warmth and the slightest waft of salty sea air, balanced against an underpinning of extraordinary substance and complexity."

Last year, Monkey 47 launched a Distiller’s Cut Edition with capers, which underwent a two-step salting process to amplify their nutty and slightly pungent flavors.
