Creating well-balanced mixed drinks can be a tricky business. Luckily the makers of Foodie Dice have launched a new Kickstarter campaign to help develop the inner mixologist within. Mixology Dice are a set of eight engraved wooden dice that playfully help you make delicious mixed drinks with fresh ingredients.
After taking a crash course in cocktails, Mixology Dice founder Liz Downey learned all mixed drinks fit into one of eight categories. This is why there is precisely that many dice in a set. With six flavor or alcohol options on each cubic side, the game is rigged in your favor. A chart helps you decipher which dice to use and what rations of each ingredient to add.
The wood used is also locally sourced, for an added bonus.
