Cyrus O'Leary's Mini Cream Pies have been developed by Sara Lee Frozen Bakery for its foodservice and convenience store product portfolio as a series of desserts perfect for portioned indulgence. The product consists of four-inch, single-serve pies that start off with a pressed graham cracker crust before being packed with creamy filling and finished with whipped topping. The pies come in six flavor varieties including Banana, Chocolate, Coconut, Lemon, Strawberry Shortcake and Tiramisu, which are each available in an eight-count case.
