Just as the name suggests, Trader Joe’s new Mini Cheesecake Cones are tiny, crunchy cones filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture. Made for us in Italy, the outside consists of a hand-held almond Florentine cone, which is similar to a rolled-up praline-like cookie. As for the inside, the sweet cheesecake filling is made from a blend of buffalo’s milk ricotta and tangy quark cheese.
The Trader Joe’s new Mini Cheesecake Cones are sold frozen, so the only prep involved is giving them about 20 minutes to defrost. As Trader Joe's explains, the tiny cones "make an easy anytime snack or after-dinner treat, especially at parties."
