Microsoft Teams Premium is now available thanks to GPT-3.5, an AI language model from OpenAI. In addition to branded meetings, personalized meeting templates, and features like watermarking, the new premium tier of Microsoft Teams offers an intelligent recap function that automatically uses GPT-3.5 to produce notes, tasks, and conference highlights. In addition to the new Premium tier, Microsoft is adding some Premium-only features such as live translated captions, Together Mode, and virtual appointments.
The ability to prevent users from recording meetings and copying text from the chat during sessions is one safety feature that comes with the Premium tier. Other safeguards include watermarking and tagging sensitive material during meetings.
Up until June 30th, Microsoft Teams Premium is offered for an introductory rate of $7 per month per user. After that date, the price increases to the standard $10 per month per user.
