Raaka's Micro-Batch Bars Explore Apple Crisp & Apple Cider Flavors

Every month, Raaka Chocolate pairs two exclusive micro-batch bars with an additional bar from its current collection and ships them to members of its First Nibs Three Bar Subscription. Those who signed up in time for the September Batch will receive three cozy chocolate bar flavors for fall: Dirty Chai Latte, Apple Cider Donut and Apple Crisp.

Of the batch, Apple Cider Donut offers the highest concentration of cacao at 66% and spotlights a taste of Tanzania, while the remaining two flavors both feature 60% Ugandan cacao. Uniquely, Raaka works with unroasted dark chocolate so that the naturally fruity flavor of cacao isn't lost during the roasting process. Every recipe is inspired by the unique flavors of the featured bean and shows off its notes accordingly.
