The Meross MS605 Presence Sensor is a new smart home device model engineered with versatility in mind to help administrators easily incorporate it into any area of their living space. The device is powered by a CR123A battery that will support up to three-years of use, depending on where it's installed, and achieve this low-power functionality thanks to Matter over Thread protocol. The unit thus requires users to have a Thread-capable hub in their home, but will also thus work with any smart home ecosystem seamlessly.
The Meross MS605 Presence Sensor is available now for $34.99 for preorder and also features a IP67 rating to accommodate installation in exterior locations. The sensor will offer six-meters of motion detection and four-meters of presence detection.
