Users get a one-week free trial followed by a monthly subscription that costs much less than standard therapy sessions. By teaching techniques like mindful walking, deep breathing and managing emotions, the platform is able to give people the tools they need to deal with their daily issues. The mental health online site focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy techniques that look at the connections between relationships, thoughts and feelings.
