The world's biggest fast food chain is making a lot of Americans happy with the announcement that McDonald's mozzarella sticks will soon be available nationwide -- for just $1.
McDonald's US President Mike Andres announced the new addition to the menu in a meeting of investors yesterday in New York City. The new McDonald's Dollar Menu item consists of three fried, breadcrumb-coated strips of mozzarella cheese.
They are already being offered in some participating restaurants, including some in the TriState area. McDonald's mozzarella sticks will be at stores across the country as soon as 2016. Unfortunately mozzarella stick enthusiasts in other parts of the world might have to wait a little longer to get their hands on this exciting and inexpensive treat.
