The Marriott Mobile app has been available for a few years now, but the massive hotel brand has recently introduced an update that helps guests get a modern experience when staying at a Marriott brand. The app improves everything from booking to check-in to requests, improving guests' experiences while also making it easier for managers to handle guests' requests and issues.
At every step in the guest process, the Marriott Mobile app is an improvement. Before one's stay, the app helps to book rooms at any of Marriott's thousands of hotels around the world. At the beginning of one's stay, the app provides mobile check-in, and guests need not even stop by the reception desk at all, as they can access their room key directly through the app after checking in. And throughout, users can enter requests into the app's chat to message directly with the hotel.
