Sun-Inspired Spring Runway Shows

The Marni Spring/Summer 2022 Range is Full of Bright Looks

The new Marni Spring/Summer 2023 collection was showcased on the runways of New York Fashion Week recently and it is garnering attention. It took place in a tunnel under the Manhattan Bridge and some attendees included icons such as Doja Cat, Anna Wintour, Kendall Jenner, and Madonna.

Dev Hynes gave a performance as the models walked down the runway unveiling the seasonal collection. The inspiration behind the show stemmed from the glow of the sun, which was translated through the tonal designs and the contrast that exists between cool and warm colors throughout the show. Some of the items include mini skirts, vinyl form-fitted dresses, oversized trench coats, tuxedo jackets, and more. The focus really showcased the bold use of colors for this season.
