The modern marketer is composed of two different personalities, one being an artist, the other, a scientist. Each one must be balanced evenly in order to get the best possible combination of creativity as well as logical planning and performance tracking. Anyone who is interested in getting started in the marketing profession or anyone who is looking to hire a marketer for their company needs to understand how these seemingly contradictory traits are actually just two different sides of the same coin.
