Red-head model Hollie-May Saker stars in the 'Flower Power' editorial for Marie Claire Italia's February issue.
I know that it's only January, but the fashion world operates months and months ahead of us. Over in couture la-la land, buds are sprouting and flowers blossoming, signalling the arrival of spring. And you know what spring means: Florals. Lots and lots of florals.
The trick with florals is to be able to use them in a way that doesn't seem stale and repetitive. Fashion editor Ivana Spernicelli excelled in finding new and dynamic ways to use the classic wardrobe staple, whether it was in dramatic pantsuits or detailed embroidery. Her creative instruction was aided with the services of hair stylist Bruno Silvani, makeup artist George Sandev and photographer Marcin Tyszka.
