Serene Siren Editorials

The Marie Claire Italia Bharat Sikka Photoshoot is Submerged Throughout

The Marie Claire Italia Bharat Sikka photoshoot will be on display in the June 2015 edition of the publication. Model Ilvie Wittek was found submerged in water in many of the images, making her appear much like a modern day siren.

In spite of the crushing waters and dark blue skies, Wittek appeared serene and poised for just about anything. Stylist Monika Kropfitsch furthered this subdued appeal with flowing taupe sweaters, loose ivory trousers and a light crimson t-shirt.

As this scene called for swimsuit apparel, Kropfitsch also stuck to some of the classics with a thin bathing suit top, a simple all-black bathing set and tie up bottoms. These pieces complimented the rocky shores and dark cement slabs expertly.
