The latest Mareunrol's collection by Latvian designers Marite Mastina and Rolands Peterkops is anchored by dark and dusty colors.
The most innovative addition to the Mareunrol's collection is without a doubt the fable-esque birds, which, according to the duo, were the most laborious part of the collection. Interestingly, the pair behind Mareunrol's said the idea came from "cartoon characters getting dizzy after bumping into a tree or after hurting themselves."
Implications - With that image in your mind, when you're viewing these stylish and decidedly upscale articles of clothing, imagine your favorite cartoon character has just run into a wall and is dazed. Ridiculous, right? Mastina and Peterkops do a fantastic job of extrapolating a small, childish idea into a memorable collection of clothes.
