The Marco de Vincenzo Fall 2013 collection is crisp, classic and explores the dimensions of patterns. Marco de Vincenzo is one of the few new labels that has surfaced in Milan. The brand is fresh, fabulous and unafraid of fabric choices.
The 2013 series features a muted color palette and several textural elements. The label toyed with material manipulation and created subtle optical illusions with cut, form and punchy prints. Highlights from the European-inspired collection include the folded fabric dresses, the kimono sleeved tops, lightweight sheath dresses, pleated skirts and flirty cocktail attire. Showstopping pieces from the runway overzealous grey patterned sheepskin and alpaca jackets.
The Marco de Vincenzo Fall 2013 collection is clever, concise and a snap shot of the future of young European fashions.
