Cognac house Maison Martell has unveiled a fresh limited edition cognac for Lunar New Year. The decanter and the beverage both honor the Year of the Rabbit, with the former being shaped like the animal’s head to commemorate the holiday. Martell, the oldest of the prestigious Cognac companies, established a unique Zodiac Edition collection in 2022 to use the extraordinary variety of Eaux-de-vie it currently possesses in its cognac vaults.
Following ‘Assemblage du Tigre's’ release from the previous year, ‘Assemblage du Lapin’ is equally impressive and delicious. The intricate mix of more than 1,400 Eaux-de-vie in this expression, which bears the name of the house's founder, comes from the cellar's Jean Martell Cellar. ‘L'Or de Jean Martell 1715,’ the house's most priceless liquid, is contained within the crystal decanter.
