Seasonal Cold Weather Gins

The Lyme Bay Winter Gin Has Notes of Nutmeg and Black Pepper

The Lyme Bay Winter Gin has been unveiled by Lyme Bay Winery as a new cold weather spirit that will offer consumers a way to extend their penchant for gin into the holiday season.

The gin features flavors of black pepper and nutmeg along with notes of blackberry and elderberry, which are a bit heavier than the usual citrus notes of other gins on the market. This allows the spirit to be mixed into your choice of cocktail or enjoyed simplistically with tonic water for a premium flavor profile.

The Lyme Bay Winter Gin was explained further by Paul Sullivan from Lyme Bay Winery who said, "Gin is incredibly popular at the moment and customers are increasingly looking for something different in this crowded market. As experts in flavor, Lyme Bay is uniquely placed to create interesting new botanical notes and tastes. We decided to add a Winter Gin to our successful range to extend the opportunity for sales with the drink throughout the winter months and offer consumers a seasonal and festive tipple. Our Winter Gin ticks all the boxes for retailers for the vital trading period.”
