Lucid Motors announced that it is testing a new Advanced Driver Assistance System, or ADAS, which will be featured in the new Lucid Air. The ADAS system includes 32 sensors, including a camera and radar, and it will also feature LiDAR technology. The system will be able to provide users with Level 3 autonomous driving capabilities in certain situations.
Lucid Motors has created a list of 27 ADAS features that are planned to be featured on the Lucid Air, 119 of which will come with the car immediately, and another 8 can be downloaded at a later date.
All of the features of the Lucid Air have not been entirely revealed to the public; however, this is expected to take place on September 9th.
