According to the Linner website, the earbuds effectively block out as much as 95 percent of noise in daily life. The headphones can reduce 26 decibels of sound between 45 Hertz and and 3 kiloHertz, more than enough range and dynamics to handle everyday noise.

The Linner earbuds are also effective for playing music and sounds, with a focus on bass that comes from the devices' moving coil speaker. Further, the buds come with an attached "Awareness Mode" that lightly amplifies surrounding noise at the press of a button, allowing consumers to quickly tune in in case of an emergency.
