LINE is a popular social messenger app with hundreds of millions of monthly active users across Asia—now, the company is expanding its offerings with a new service called LINE MAN.
LINE MAN is LINE's own on-demand delivery service, which will allow Android and iOS users to easily order and pay for convenience items and restaurant foods with the press of just a few buttons. LINE MAN deliveries will be made in partnership with Lalamove's fleet of motorcycles, with drivers wearing the brand's iconic green colors for easy identification.
In the past, LINE has experimented with a variety of services, including everything from digital butlers to in-app gift shops. LINE MAN is just one example of how the company plans to expand beyond chat with more lifestyle-focused services.
