Cousins Maine Lobster is expanding limited-time seafood pop-ups with a five-day food truck tour across Northwest Arkansas, bringing its signature lobster dishes to Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville. Running November 11–15, the traveling experience introduces customers to New England-inspired seafood without requiring a visit to a permanent restaurant.
The menu features wild-caught Maine lobster rolls prepared three ways, including chilled with mayonnaise, warm with butter and lemon, and topped with garlic, Parmesan, and herbs. Its newer Lobster Roll Flight allows customers to sample all three varieties together. Additional offerings include clam chowder, lobster tacos, and whoopie pies.
For Cousins Maine Lobster, the temporary tour creates opportunities to reach new customers and strengthen regional brand recognition. Visiting breweries and community gathering spots could encourage local engagement, while mobile ordering and loyalty rewards provide additional ways to maintain customer relationships.
