Bultaco revived its racing lineage with the TSS 350, a run of 29 hand-built motorcycles assembled in Spain under official license and inspired by the late-1960s TSS Model 29. The competition-only model is not approved for public-road use. It centers on an air-cooled 350cc two-stroke single that Bultaco rates at 60 metric horsepower at the rear wheel, with a listed empty weight of 103 kilograms.
The motorcycle pairs a steel double-cradle frame with a Ceriani-designed front fork and rear shocks developed for the project. Programmable electronic ignition and a removable six-speed cassette gearbox add modern functionality, while Ceriani-replica drum brakes, 18-inch wheels and a Krober tachometer preserve its period styling.
Each unit is built to order, individually numbered and documented with production records. Bultaco reports that Juan Bulto recorded seven wins and three second-place finishes across 10 races in 2025 without a mechanical failure. The release reflects growing interest in limited-production heritage vehicles while giving Bultaco a high-value way to reconnect its historic identity with active motorsports.
