Licensed Original Toy Collections

Traverse Group Unveils The ToyVerse Toy Company

Traverse Group launched ToyVerse, a new company that will develop original and licensed toys using the group’s established supply chain and retail infrastructure. The venture marks Traverse’s move from helping other companies reach store shelves to building a proprietary product portfolio across multiple categories.

The initial range spans construction toys, novelty items, plush, crafts and collectibles. Toywill showcase the portfolio at LA Fall Preview 2026 in Suite 6136 ahead of its first retail rollout in fall 2027. Industry veteran Claire Carroll will lead the company from its newly established headquarters in Melbourne, Australia. For shoppers, ToyVerse promises a broad assortment combining original concepts with licensed products. For Traverse, the model reflects vertical integration across product development, supply chain management and retail distribution.

The move gives the group greater control over what it brings to market while creating opportunities to capture more value from its existing retail relationships and global infrastructure.
