Japanese fashion gurus Takahiro Miyashita and Kazuki Kuraishi have combined forces to release the highly anticipated Levi’s Lefthanded Jean by Takahiro Kuraishi.
The collaboration between acclaimed designers Takahiro Miyashita and Kazuki Kuraishi has resulted in the Levi’s Lefthanded Jean by Takahiro Kuraishi; a mash-up of asian-infused vintage looks made famous by the iconic American brand. The designers have reinvented flagship brands such as the Levi’s 517 Regular Fit Bootcut Jeans and the 505 Regular Fit Straight Cut Jeans. Other stunning items from the collection include trucker denim jackers and vintage button-ups with fine detail on stitch work and pocket designs. In fact, the designers have brought back the “smile” pocket for this release.
What is particularly special about this collection is that Levi’s have let the Japanese designers take full creative control of the project, allowing them to influence the clothing with Japanese culture, style and fashion.
