Rejuvenated Rockstar Shoots

The Lenny Kravitz Uptown Magazine Cover Spread Goes Behind the Scenes

The Lenny Kravitz Uptown Magazine shoot shows the rockstar’s still got it. The king of swag has been laying low for the past little while, but with just one seductive photo shoot, he stands to regain his sex icon status. The notoriously grounded rockstar did a full interview for the magazine’s August/September issue where he discussed his interracial upbringing and his studio process.

Then Kravitz got personal with the mag, addressing what it’s like to be a single father to daughter Zoe, whom he had with ex Lisa Bonet and now holds a recurring role on hit show Californication. The real and candid nature of the shoot is consistent with the singer’s down to earth personality. It’s even noted in the interview that he doesn’t travel with an entourage or security guard, and is cool with everybody he meets in the streets.
