Zero-Gravity Space Cameras

The Leica Space Action Can Snaps Photos in Spacecrafts

The Leica Space action camera is conceptually designed with space in mind to provide astronauts the ability to snap photos when they are floating in zero-gravity. The camera consists of the photography unit itself along with a specialized mount that makes it possible to affix the device onto a spacecraft or a spacesuit for snapping photos when in orbit. The motorized gimbal allows the camera to adjust itself in order to always take the optimal shot without having to struggle.

The Leica Space is the design work of Joongu Kim, Kyuho Song and Juan Lee, and features a screen module that is designed for use in space to provide future astronauts with their very own specialized equipment to use when blasting off.
