Historical LEGO Displays

This LEGO Reconstruction Skillfully Depicts the Ancient Roman Empire

Brick to the Past, a group of LEGO enthusiasts and builders, have created this stunning LEGO display that depicts a scene from the ancient Roman empire down to the finest of details.

Built for the 'Brick 2015' LEGO exhibition in London, England, this historical LEGO display depicts Emperor Hadrian's stone wall along the Northern territory of the Roman Empire. The display features two sides with both a Roman and Celtic section. On the Roman side, various temples, towns and forts are constructed down to the last detail with LEGO blocks. The same can be said for the Celtic side of the wall that features an Iron Age village complete with villagers, huts and statues as well.

As part of their research, some of the team members even completed a history course at Newcastle University and attended a field trip to the ancient site of the historical wall.
