Nendo's Mai Bag is Arrives to the Buyer in a Flat Form & Requires Assembly

Nendo's Mai leather bag is made from a single sheet of laser-cut leather and it boasts a design that can be assembled at home. The Japanese design studio created the unconventional accessory design for online platform Up To You Anthology and much like a piece of flat-pack furniture, the bag is delivered to the buyer in a flat format.
Fortunately, the bag is easy to assemble without any tools and it only requires joining rivets between holes. And thanks to the handbag's simple shape, it's clear to see what parts form the handles and the others that make up the body of the bag. As well as being appealing for its simple form, the leather bag helps to minimize inventory waste and cut back on shipping costs.
