Latitude Margaritaville is a senior resort that was created by Jimmy Buffett, an American musician and businessman who also founded the company Margaritaville, which consists of restaurants, hotels, casinos, and more. To come up with Latitude Margaritaville, Buffett partnered with Minto Communities, a real estate company. The first location is in Daytona Beach, Florida, however Buffett plans to have more of his "active adult communities" built throughout the US in the future.
