If you are looking for some simple furniture that nevertheless has a bit of a personality as well, I suggest you start with the Lambda Table. Although at first it doesn't seem to be anything more than just a white base with a glass surface, there is definitely more to it than meets the eye.
Created by Italian designer Gianluigi Landoni for manufacturer Savet, the Lambda Table was "inspired by the dynamism of a moving element," as the designer puts it. Like a gymnast's ribbon routine, the Lambda Table has natural and soft shapes that undulate beneath its glass tabletop. Made from an eco-friendly Cristalplant material, it perfectly complements the lightness of the glass above in both elegance and grace.
