The Lacoste Autumn/Winter 2020 Collection Highlights Nostalgic Styles

The Lacoste Autumn/Winter 2020 runway collection was presented at Paris Fashion week earlier this month and took its audience back to the 70s. The presentation featured clothing that explored nostalgic silhouettes, layered textures and eye-catching prints, all while spotlighting impeccable craftsmanship.

Known for seamlessly blending contemporary and vintage elements, the French sportswear label returned with heavy patchwork knits and oversized v-neck vests that were reflective of its tennis-themed heritage. While the collection's most notable womenswear included maxi pleated skirts and rubberized outerwear, its menswear played with color-blocking and included anoraks, polos and more.

The collection's unisex pieces were another highlight and included transitional styles, designed with function, comfort and aesthetics in mind. These ranged from plaid and structured peacoats to cap accessories in matching, retro prints.
