Tech-Infused Employee-Training Glasses

While popularly known as a film, music and arts festival, SXSW is also a hub for emerging technology and interactive media and at this year's festival, designs like the Kronosys' glasses stole the show.

While the product appears similar in design to Google glasses, the function of the tech-infused wearable differs as Kronosys' glasses were created to help train employees, and to help workers be more productive in the workplace. In a demonstration video, the brand showed off the glasses' capabilities as they were worn by chefs in a high-end kitchen. The trainees were using the glasses to follow instructions, while the integrated cameras enabled employers to monitor the employee to better identify mistakes.
