Kraft Heinz Debuts a Customizable Sauce Dispenser for QSRs

Kraft Heinz is bringing the condiment world to life with a new sauce dispenser that can be customized for food-service clients. Customers may choose ketchup, ranch, 57 Sauce, or BBQ sauce as the machine's foundation, then add "enhancers" including jalapeño, smokey chipotle, buffalo, and mango, followed by one of three intensity levels.
In order to choose which new goods to introduce in supermarkets, Kraft Heinz also intends to use the information from its sauce dispenser to gauge consumer response to innovative condiments. The Heinz Remix is intended to spur the development of new goods that consumers truly desire.
“We’ve been on this journey to make innovation the number one growth driver across our business,” Kleinerman said. “To do that, we knew we needed to operate differently than we had in the past, to think bigger, to be more consumer-centric.”
