The platform was launched in Singapore, offering in-person dance-style fitness classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The brand offers in-person classes –when permitted amid physical distancing regulations–in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, and the United Kingdom.

The k-pop fitness platform eventually became so popular, it extended its offering to a virtual platform to reach a global audience. Currently, the Kpop X Fitness platform is endorsed by international groups including Exercise.Move.Dane United Kingdom (EMDUK), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), among others.

Kpop X Fitness offers daily virtual classes for fans from across the globe without subscription fees and many free classes.
